Use of Copyright Materials

The materials on this website are the copyright and intellectual property of The Center for Thoughtful Action and Evontage, llc. (collectively referred to as CTA), unless the materials are specifically designated as Creative Commons (CC) license (see below for use of Creative Commons materials).  Please respect our copyrights and intellectual property, and refrain from using any copyrighted materials without first obtaining written permission from CTA.  

Use of Creative Commons Materials

Some CTA materials carry a Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 3.0 Unported License designated with CC and/or Creative Commons. This lets others share: copy, distribute, and transmit the work, as well as remix: tweak, adapt, and build upon our work even for commercial reasons. All new works based on ours will carry the same license, so any derivatives will also allow commercial use. For any Creative Commons materials, we ask you to:

• Attribute the work to the Center for Thoughtful Action, evontage, llc. (but not in any way that suggests that we endorse you or your use of the work).

• Distribute the resulting work only under the same, similar or a compatible license if you choose to alter, transform, or build upon this work.

• Make clear to others the license terms of this work:

  • For online areas add: CC License by The Center for Thoughtful Action, evontage, llc, with a link back to this page. 

  • For offline (print or other tangible media) attribution, add: This work is licensed by the The Center for Thoughtful Action, evontage, llc.

• Some material may be built off of the Creative Commons work of others. In those cases, include the attribution and licensing of the source work as well.

  • For the Voices of Life and Leadership (previously called Generative or Creative Presence) materials that are derived from the work of the Presencing Institute, add the Presencing Institute attribution as specified on their website: https://www.presencing.org/resource/permission.

  • CTA and its work are not endorsed by or affiliated in any way with Presencing Institute. The Generative Presence model simply leveraged the wonderful creative commons work from the Presencing Institute. We are very grateful for their generosity in making some of their work available to others to make our world a better place!
