My Purpose

To help leaders discover and grow their authentic best self to cultivate the best of the human spirit, achieve meaningful success, and contribute to making our world a better place for all. ​

Denis brings with him over 20 years of leadership and personal development experience. Prior to forming Evontage and the Center for Thoughtful Action, he held director level positions in leadership development at Keurig/Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, GE Healthcare, nThrive and IDX Systems. In these roles Denis created and lead a host of highly effective development programs focusing mostly on mid-level to senior/executive level leaders and high-potentials. He has a track record of bringing organizations leading-edge practices and real-world tools that make a meaningful difference to leaders, the organization and our world.


In service of his purpose, he has had the privilege of introducing hundreds of leaders the Thoughtful-Action approach to leadership, and the Voices of Life and Leadership, a powerful way of paying attention, discovering and acting that improves our capacity to learn, adapt and lead through the rapidly changing demands of work and life.

He has written and presented many papers on topics such as talent management, leadership development, project management, and R&D product development.

 

Denis is also an Engaged Mindfulness Institute certified mindfulness facilitator. He is married, has two sons, and enjoys hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and sailing.
